  • Xtream Codes API — standard connectivity format compatible with major IPTV player apps

The specific features available depend on the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify service features with reasonable notice to subscribers.

03 Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the subscription process
  • Have a stable internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements (10 Mbps for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K)
  • Own or have authorized access to a compatible device for streaming

04 Account and Credentials

Upon successful payment, we will deliver your Xtream Codes login credentials (username, password, and server URL) via WhatsApp within 2 minutes. You are responsible for:

  • Personal use only — credentials are issued for your personal household use only

  • Device limits — use within the device limits specified in your plan (Standard: personal use; Premium: unlimited simultaneous devices in your household)
Credential Sharing: Sharing your login credentials outside your household is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be sharing credentials commercially will be terminated immediately without refund.

05 Payment and Billing

  • Premium Plan — $119.99 per year ($10/month equivalent), billed annually

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through PayPal — a secure, internationally recognized payment platform
  • Subscriptions are billed annually in advance; no monthly billing option is currently available
  • All prices are displayed in USD; currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you resubscribe manually

06 Acceptable Use Policy

Our service is provided for personal, non-commercial streaming use only. Acceptable use includes:

07 Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering — attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our server infrastructure or content delivery systems
  • Illegal content — using the service to access, distribute, or facilitate any unlawful content or activity

08 Intellectual Property

All content delivered through our service — including live channels, movies, series, and EPG data — is the intellectual property of the respective content owners and broadcasters. We operate as a technical intermediary providing access infrastructure.

The iptvencoderbox4k.shop brand, website design, and proprietary technology are owned by us and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

09 Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance windows, CDN updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for brief service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iptvencoderbox4k.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in credential sharing for commercial purposes
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks against valid subscription charges
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.

11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via WhatsApp with at least 14 days notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
